Actions For Better Future’s purpose of community integration is to stimulate the participation of all generations, regardless their physical appearances, gender and/or culture. Linguistic barriers may constitute a serious handicap to individuals, families or communities, Haitians in South Florida as a minority group have experienced deprivation, higher rate of unemployment, poor academic performance and political neglect that seem to be linked to their lacking English-speaking abilities, also due to the fact that the Haitian community is not an employment driving force, multiple Haitian families feel to be left behind.

Every day, more and more people recognize the full impact of our direct and indirect benefits we provide to the diverse South Florida communities. With constantly increasing needs within our community. Our daily services are: academic performance, civic engagement, leadership, job training, counseling for preventive behavioral distress, substance, teen’s pregnancy and sustainability.

We are beneficial to every single individual in our communities in one way or another, directly or indirectly.
Sustainability
We help to feed, heal, shelter, educate, inspire, enlighten, and nurture individuals of every age, gender, race, and socioeconomic status, from Miami Dade to West Palm Beach County. Our organization fosters civic engagement, prevention, leadership and drives economic growth, which strengthens the fabric of our communities in day on and day out.
Civic Engagment
Over the last years South Florida diversity has enormously increased and has also revealed lacking integration services for newcomers and people with some special needs. With different activities, we help many residents of the tri-counties to socialize, learn the English language, join the workforce and become citizens.
Volunteer Services
Actions For Better Future plays a fundamental role in creating more equitable and thriving communities in South Florida. The goal of the organization is to always be positively influential amongst all neighboring communities, and become more inspirational to its recipients. As we energized our communities to move forward self-determination remains our key emphasis, to empower ourselves to successfully navigate through the system.
